Welcome to the land of Brünterra. Here, pet ownership is not merely a fun pastime, it is a rite of passage. The small island nation is know for its exotic breeds where many of the animals exhibit traits that parallel their human counterparts. From magic casting hamsters to horses with a knack for accounting, there are pets to compliment every type in Brünterra.

And, of course, where there is magic, there is adventure. Joey is an aging adventuring cat and a master over the forces of nature. He has served well as a druid with his partner human, Ryan the Fighter, for many years, but age catches up to all of us. Just as he was fearing his usefulness as an adventuring pet may be reaching its limit, he stumbled across a pair of kittens, Bennie and Geno, abandoned in the forest. Nearly a year later, he is raising them to chase their truths as a Barbarian and a Rogue respectively, acting as their mentor and bringing them along on adventures with the hope of someday pairing them off with their own human partners.

In the coming days, watch for a series of single panel comics featuring the Dungeon Cats in their various adventures, causing chaos and mischief as only cats can. New comics will post on Mondays and Thursdays.
